• How to download iClassPro

    Our online booking platform, iClassPro, can be access via website or an app you can download to your phone. If you would like to use the app, please click the button below and download the appropriate app.

  • How to check your child's enrolment(s)

    1. Open the iClassPro App and select 'My Account'
    2. Select the child you wish to check, and select the 'enrolments' tab at the top.

    This will list all enrolments, with different colours for each enrolment type:


    Active: This is their ongoing weekly lesson


    Makeup: This is a booked makeup to replace a missed class which will only exist for the listed day/time.


    Casual: This is a booked extra class which will only exist for the listed day/time.


    Trial: This is a free trial that will only exist for the listed day/time


    Wait: This is a waitlist booking, which we will inform you when they're space for you to make this become an active booking. It is listed here to indicate you are on the waitlist for this selected day/time, and does not mean you have this booking.

  • How to create absence(s)

    1. Open the iClassPro app and navigate to 'My Account'
    2. Select the child you wish to create the absence for, and select 'Future Absences'

    FOR SINGLE DAY ABSENCES

    1. Select 'By Enrolment', change the date to the date you wish to be absent for
    2. Select the enrolment, and select 'Submit.'
    3. This will cancel you from this class on this date, and will generate the makeup token for you after the class has occurred.

    FOR MULTIPLE DAY ABSENCES

    1. Select 'By Date' 
    2. Select 'Yes' to the multiple days prompt, and select the start and end date for your absences. This will cancel you out of ALL class for that period, including any and all active, casual, makeup or trial bookings.
    3. Once you've put your date range in, select Submit. The makeups for any missed classes in this period will be generated after the class(es) have occurred.
  • How to book a makeup lesson


    Once you have booked the makeup in, it does not need to be approved, it is booked for you. 


    You can check all currently booked makeups by navigating to the student again and selecting 'enrolments' as this will list all active, makeup, casual, trial and waitlist enrolments.

  • How to pay fees and update direct debit

    PAYMENT OF FEES

    1. Open the iClassPro App and navigate to 'My Account'
    2. Scroll down and under the payment section, it will list all outstanding payments in red, and all credits in green.
    3. Select 'Make Payment', select the Charge(s) that are due and select your payment method. If you do not currently have a Direct Debit setup, this payment will be saved for Direct Debit for future payments. Saved payment details can be saved, which is explained below.
    4. Follow the prompts, confirming terms and conditions and validating personal information before completing the payment.

    Updating Direct Debit Details

    1. Open the iClassPro App, and navigate to 'My Account'
    2. Scroll down, and find your current Direct Debit under 'Stored Payment Method'
    3. If you're updating or changing to the same payment method, select 'Update Details' and follow the promps to change the details.
    4. If you're changing to a Bank Account from a Credit Card, or vice versa, select 'Add Payment Method' and follow the prompts to add the new details. Then, once it's been added, select the pencil icon next to the preferred payment method and select the 'Default Method' slider.

    If you're having trouble removing the old details once you've updated them, you will need to contact the Swim School to remove the old payment method for you. We're always here and happy to help!

  • How to update your personal/contact information

    1. Open the iClassPro App and navigate to the 'My Account'
    2. Scroll to the bottom, under responsible parties, select the guardian whose information you wish to update.
    3. Select the Address, email and/or phone number that's saved there, and update it to the new details and submit.

    PLEASE ENSURE UNDER 'EMAIL' YOU HAVE SELECTED YES, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE EMAILS FROM US INCLUDING ENROLMENT, CANCELLATION OR EMERGENCY EMAILS.

  • How to add a secondary guardian and provide them access

    1. Open the iClassPro App and navigate to the 'My Account'
    2. Scroll to the bottom, under responsible parties, select 'Add Another Guardian'
    3. Add their full name and select 'Add'
    4. On the 'My Account' page, navigate back down to 'Responsible Parties', select the guardian you just added and input their contact details.


    If they wish to have access to the app, select their name under 'Responsible Parties' and click the 'Send Invite Email' button. They will need to download the app, set a password and will then have access. Any secondary guardian's added this way can VIEW the information, but cannot make any changes to any bookings. They can make payments, but only through a payment method they have added themselves.
